Restaurants!!!! I'm so tired of going to Chevy's and Chili's, and we won't
even step foot in Applebee's anymore. Why can't we get a good barbecue
place? Hmmm, ribs! |
 |
Ditto on the restaurants!!!! Is it an Applebee's night or Chili's? We do
need more:) |
 |
I agree on the restaurants and would add that it would be great to have a
Barnes and Noble or Borders here. I would also say a Trader Joe’s, but I
know that one is coming- yay! (Note: T.J.’s opening was scheduled for
March 30). |
 |
Oh ya, and bathrooms in our parks! Please, a couple of more parks with
bathrooms so I can stop carrying around my port-a-potty in the back of my
car. |
 |
Again, I side with everyone with the restaurants. BUT, I'd like to see
more fine dining restaurants than more family. We should also get some
sort of water park like the ones in Pleasanton and Dublin. BART would sure
be nice too! OH, one more. My Canadian roots are coming into play here...
how about an ice rink??? In Canada every town (seriously!) has an indoor
ice rink with a community center. They could add one onto the Robert
Livermore center. |

A Party Store...like Party City!! |
 |
I think Livermore is missing a good bookstore, such as Barnes & Noble. |
 |
I would say Livermore is missing an IKEA. I love to shop there because its
very child-friendly. Plus they have good food for an affordable price. Its
a great place to go not only to shop for cool, new items for the house,
but also for the kids to play and have fun at. |
 |
I love Livermore. I would love to see a drive-in movie theater! (A bit of
a throwback, but that's my wish). |
 |
I wholeheartedly agree about wanting more family & fine dining. Also, I’d
like to see different ethnic restaurants. Last summer when it was so
blasted hot, I really wished Livermore had a park with fun water features
like Dublin’s Emerald Glen Park, which opens the weekend after Easter. It
would be good if Livermore had BART so we didn’t have to drive to
Pleasanton to catch it. I miss having a bookstore locally. I’d like a
decent bakery instead of having to buy from one of the big grocery chain
stores. |
